Walk out of the train, look at the signboards. One side is Terminal 2, the other side is Terminal 3. Follow the sign to T3, tap your ez-link card to exit the MRT station, go up the escalator and voila! you are in Terminal 3

Changi MRT is located in Terminal 2 of Changi Airport, thus, once you exit from MRT station, take escalator up, you will start seeing sign for Skytrain to T1 & T3, just follow the sign, it's very simple & free of charge....
