So far, my experiences with Chan Brothers has been pretty good.

I've patronised Dynasty Travel before but was disappointed after my trip.

The defunct Ananda Travel was the worst of the lot.

Today my agent made us 17 people (including 4kids,2 elderly age 70 and above) walked 20mins non stop to a restaurant situated in a back alley, in front of an open car park for dinner. Later, the coach left us at another back alley open car park, at least 300m away from the hotel, expecting us to drag the luggages by ourselves, claiming the bus cannot stop near the hotel. While dragging , we saw another coach letting their passenger alight near the road which they claimed the bus cannot stop. Is this the right treatment, Dynasty Travel? I just started my first day of the package tour and the whole group are unhappy. I wish to go home now. Wasted $3300 per pax, spent close to $13K to get this kind of treatment. Other agencies charged $2400 so I expect a slightly better experience from Dynasty and this is what we get. Worst than a normal package I spent with CTC for $1000 plus.

Pricebreaker has, by far, the cheapest tour and flights and their service are consistently good, quite reputable. So far, no screw ups. Their follow up has been pretty efficient and that's most important for a travel agent.
