I agree with Hazlinda, Scarlet Hotel is perfect for honeymoon! Have been staying there a few years ago.

One of the best honeymoon hotel in Singapore I know is Scarlet Hotel somewhere near Chinatown, their room are themed for romance.

It really depends on your budget :) I would recommend Shangri La or Grand Hyatt if you are willing to splurge! You should visit blog.globehop.co for useful tips on travelling in Southeast Asia
