By hangout, I mean not just bars and discos and stuff, but anywhere where you feel like you're comfy or happy. Thanks!

Spore is full of man-made beauties but few of natural that need to reserve from being in development plan of the future. The cut out the forrested areas for road and mrt line to make up new town/s.
Man-made items are: Changi Airport as Airtropolis, Garden by the Bay at the reclaimed Bay, Sentosa as the entertainment island and the Zoo plus Nite Safari and the Pandas Hot Spot with full aircon all year round. You can stay a week here in Spore with all the attractions & shoppong malls.

Places To Hangout In Singapore

Back in the 80s to mid 90s, I used to have Hangout Places all over Singapore.
Today, whether it is a Weekend or a Weekday, it is TOO CROWDED to Hangout anywhere. Even driving along our Main Expressways regardless of time or day, there is congestion. Public Transport is overloaded, if you wanna eat out you will find that there are no available tables, parking at any shopping mall would mean taking time just to enter the Mall's carpark and then spend more time looking for a parking space, I mean - really, where is the quality of Hanging Out these days??? Even coastal areas like East Coast Park, Changi Beach Park, etc. is crowded. Only option? Fly to any country for a short break or long vacation.
So my favorite place to Hangout is at Home. This is where I am comfy and happy.

Gardens By The Bay.
A very peaceful place to hangout in the evening. After that if you fell hungry, there's a nice food centre called Satay By The Bay selling delicious local cuisine, not just satay.

Hmm, try clarke Quay/Boat Quay field, you can to find locals and expats. Zouk/MOS could be more for clubbers but seeing that its a club, its more of dancing n much less of speaking ofcuz..
