OK, I'm not wearing loin cloth nor carrying spears (what an image Canang), but to add on the eric's answer (which is the most efficient route) if you want additional options:

1. Chinese Garden (EW Line) - Jurong East (NS Line) - Dhoby Ghaut (NE Line) - Little India

2. Chinese Garden - City Hall (NS Line) - Dhoby Ghaut (NE Line) - Little India

3. Chinese Garden - Raffles Place (NS Line) - Dhoby Ghaut (NE Line) - Little India

4. Chinese Garden (EW Line) - Jurong East (NS Line) - City Hall (EW Line) - Outram Park (NE Line) - Little India

5. Chinese Garden (EW Line) - Jurong East (NS Line) - Raffles Place(EW Line) - Outram Park (NE Line) - Little India

Gosh I am nuts. Maybe I may be turning into a brute savage carrying spears (but not the loin cloth please)

I am NOT going to give you the travel time. You can go to the MRT station and add up the permutations yourself. Guess I am not so nuts yet.

Chinese Garden MRT station travel East bound.

Stop at Outram Park MRT station.

Change to another train on the North-East Line. 3 minutes walk.

Take the train to Little India MRT station.

Total duration, 30 minutes.

What "brute force method"??

Are you expecting to be attacked by savage Singaporean natives in loin cloths bearing spears?

EDIT: I guess I didn't understand the question. Wow, you sure know your MRT travel times and how to turn on a woman, Y2K aka Mr Brute Force Method.

EDIT2: lol @ Chinlak. That's surreal, made even less sense than my answer but it actually made me laugh. Guess I get in that sort of mood when on Y!A Singapore.

Since you don't walk and want to use "brute force method", get yourself in a wheelchair and push all the way to you destination. Duration will be about 12 hours
